Lofts on cobblestone streets

Tribeca, the Triangle Below Canal, was Manhattan's 19th-century produce and dry-goods district. Its brick and cast-iron warehouses are now some of the city's most sought-after lofts, and four historic districts protect the streetscape.

Greenwich and Hudson Streets hold the restaurants, Washington Market Park and the Hudson River Park piers provide green space, and Battery Park City's esplanade continues south along the water.

Our Manhattan office is at Compass, 110 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District.

Homes for sale in Tribeca

Tribeca's housing is mostly condominiums and co-ops in converted warehouse lofts, with a growing number of new condominium towers. Lofts here are prized for ceiling height, oversized windows and open layouts.

Full-floor lofts and penthouses set the top of the market, and private outdoor space commands a significant premium.
